Only giving 5 stars so y'all know not to come here. We approach the birrieria el patron and my man and I was trynna decide what we were getting. The 3 employees stared us down which made us feel very uncomfortable. We finally ordered and the birria tacos were mostly onion. YALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELFS. No type of passion in making their food. Don't waste yall time coming here!!!!

Yesterday I went to The Warner center in Woodland Hills they had a queen tribute concert ... Birrieria el patron was one of the food trucks there , there was so many food trucks to choose from but this one caught my eye and I am absolutely so happy that I ate their food!!!! The food was full of flavor The meat was so delicious soft and juicy . The owner of the truck very fast and very polite. It look like everything was very clean and in order I can't stop thinking about them from yesterday. I'm going to add them on my Instagram and follow them and hope that I can see them at another event.
Excellent birria tacos. These are amazing and probably the best burria tacos and tacos in general. The place is hole in wall and a small food truck. It's not an actual restaurant. Anyway, the tacos were 3$ each and we ended up buying 7 of them and shared it. Was it better than taco bells 3$ chalupas? Of course. The issue I had was the cleanliness. The got a dirty B grade on the truck and the guy didn't wear any gloves during the covid outbreak. That's a little extreme. The service was good but overall, the food, presentation met higher than expectations.
